Able to separate the training from the imputation?

Hi there,

Thanks again for the tool.

Q1. I wonder if it is anyway possible or feasible to separate the training from the imputation instead of having both steps in 1 function infinity_flow()? This is because if we successfully train the models but then the system fails during imputing, then we necessarily start from scratch.

Q2. If the error below happened, does it mean I can still use the output FCS files just not the plots?
