Single-volume search

• New UI for Single Volume Search
• A user can type a search term into a field on the volume landing page
  • will be in a slightly different place than now based on new ui
• Index user annotations in addition to full OCR text
• Search user annotations; protect by login and filter by username automatically
  • Research if they will still be discoverable. (can't have different index per user; could users form their own queries by inspecting and altering the requests sent to elastic?)
• Language support for: Cherokee, Choctaw, Creek, Czech, Delaware, Dutch, English, German, Hebrew, Latin, Portuguese, Potawatomi, Spanish
  • later: analysis for non-english
• sort by relevance, bold highlights as in normal search
