Evaluate usage of Devcontainer

We currently want to evaluate & test the provided devcontainer more. 

Therefore we want to add it to docs-as-code as a test to see how developer ergonomics & productity would be afterwards. 
Also to see what changes are needed (are they big / small) etc.
