Detailed coverage dashboard in docs-as-code pages

Currently we are displaying only summary table. We should find a way to embeded detailed reports from genhtml in docs-as-code pages

in rst make a link to the index.html, they should be always in the same path and same name
Use option to always force open in new tab/window so the user can easily go back to docs pages
