Bug: Broken link for "Communication release notes" in v0.6

I noticed a bug in https://eclipse-score.github.io/score/main/score_releases/score_releases/score_v0_6.html#communication
Follow link "Communication release notes" lead to 404 error

The "Communication release notes" links to
https://github.com/eclipse-score/baselibs_rust/releases/tag/v0.1.3, with is invalid

Solution

Correct link would be https://github.com/eclipse-score/communication/releases/tag/v0.1.3, but that doesn't contain any actual release notes, so communication ft would have to provide them first before it is useful to fix the link. Alternative would be to just call is "Release" instead of "Release notes"

@FScholPer sorry for the blunt assignment. I thought it would be better to create a bug rather then just post it in the release channel

There currently is a workflow / action that we are testing in Docs-As-Code that would automatically (on a cron timer) test the links in the documentation and create an issue if it finds any that are unreachable or 404 etc.

Though we have noticed that it has issues and things, that we did not yet have time to figure out.
So it isn't bullet proof or flawless but might be interesting still.
