Include representations when publishing a library #1649
Description
Currently if we have a project with SysML contents and diagrams and we publish it as a library, the representations (SysML diagrams) are not 'published' alongside the semantic data.
It would be nice to have access to these representations when viewing the library (either from the /libraries/:namespace/:name/:version page or when a project has a dependency towards a library and the library contents are shown in the Explorer view).
