Reference Runtime #32
Description
The old ecsact repository contained a reference runtime that implemented nearly every method from every module. A lot has changed since that reference runtime was built and another should be built in this repository.
The main goal is to be feature complete. Every method in every module must be implemented and behave correctly according to the documentation. New methods added should include updates to the reference runtime. Performance is an afterthought and may even not be considered at all.
