What would you like to be added:

We want some way to provision a MQ (rabbitMQ compatible) set up somewhere

Why is this needed:

So we can do some real world testing of any cloudkit or related features that touch or use an AMQ compatible resource like rabbitMQ

Definition of done

• a test stack exists
• it has been tested as able to run (ie: some resources are created and destroyed)
• some code from the wider project can use said resources with appropriate configuration
