Update Day 5 Interactive Session

The [repo](https://github.com/eds-221-programming-essentials/eds221-day5-comp) they fork uses uses `.Rmd` files, which they haven't been introduced to yet. It seemed fine, but should decide if this is intentional. Should probably be more formally explained somewhere.
