Justify paragraphs and other cool things

Changing to ```panflute``` as conversion tool, lets us make many cool filters on the content.

This issue collects all the ideas we can have on this:

- [ ] Justify paragraphs.
- [ ] CSV code block to Table.

**NOTE**: It's better to change the configuration to YAML #4 to handle all the possible options this could carry.
