Alien colony ships are being reported as frigates

Alien colony ships of unknown designs are showing up as "frigates" according to the autogenerated names.

Expected behavior
They should be listed as colony ships.

Actual behavior
The name says frigate. Also why is it showing the design as being Rocky? That's my design, and my shipset!

I wonder if his colony ship design is identical to mine and they're getting confused with each other? But why would it say frigate?

Nick's seeing my colony ships show up using his designs, and they are named as if they were light cruisers, which I've been using, just like he's been using frigates. This has to be identical designs being conflated. Maybe I need to take into account the owner of a design when comparing it with another design for equality, if I'm not already.
