Feature: Download/upload files from web client

When running the web version of the tool, the SFTP local folder is the docker container internal folder. It is not possible to upload or download files from the client (web browser) to the SFTP host.

Suggestion: `Plugin Web client files`: that provides means of sending / downloading files, using the browser client,  to both local and remote panel destinations.
