Decide how to handle monetized but $0 suggested apps

Right now they are showing as monetized but $0 instead of as "free," e.g. they show the $0 price and don't offer a .flatpakref download. Since they're monetized, is that right, or should we treat them like a non-monetized/free app?

I think providing .flatpak is a way to attract more users and improve site value. And I think that if the developer is not asking for any value, why the site should to?

@pasmado because the developer has explicitly opted into monetization with a suggested price of $0, but we don't offer monetization on the website (just in the AppCenter app so far)—so rather than it being a choice of the user (as the developer intended), we'd be taking that choice away and enforcing a $0 download. That doesn't feel right.

I believe this is now solved, since now users are incited to use the "Open in AppCenter" button, which targets to GTK AppCenter, which has a dialog suggestion for prices.
