Show current version of all installed OS components #120
Description
Problem
When needing to report a problem or simply wanting to check which version of a specific component the user is running, it gets tricky and not easily discoverable to non technical users.
Proposal
Add a sub-tab, or a sub-section inside the System > Operating System section to look at the list of components the OS is currently running with their specific versions.
Each component could also have a link back to their dedicated repositories, making it easier to users to report problems in the correct location.
