buttons are blurry with scaled text #1345
Description
What Happened?
I only notice this on buttons and keycaps for shortcuts
It might be difficult to demonstrate with how github renders images, but I'm not sure

Steps to Reproduce
Increase the system font scale in either the quick-settings menu or in desktop settings, the border around buttons look fuzzy, more than 1 pixel wide
Expected Behavior
expected to look clean with scaled text
1.20x scale with an edit to gtk.css
button, .keycap { padding: 4px 7px 4px 7px; }
padding probably isnt being defined in px, but this could break on high dpi screens which I don't have and cant test on
