Tutorial / better documentation for creating xml with eulxml #26
Description
Documentation currently includes a very brief overview of general usage, but it doesn't say anything about the fact that you can create xml from scratch, or add/update xml nodes in a document.
It might be worth pulling this out into a separate section so it's easier to find.
I wonder if an iPython notebook might be a neat way to present a tutorial?
