Broken link in catalog.py #40
Description
The link for the mail account xsd in catalog.py is broken.
http://www.history.ncdcr.gov/SHRAB/ar/emailpreservation/mail-account/mail-account.xsd does not direct you to the XSD file but to an "About page".
The Wayback Machine tells us that the URL pointed to the correct file up until at least April 22.
