New checkpoints not being made after compact?

Right now I have a bunch of sessions but no checkpoints so pushing its not picking up on the other sessions that there is metadata for - had Claude debug:

  Despite ~20 commits and multiple sessions since then, no new checkpoints were created.

  This looks like it could be a bug in Entire's manual-commit strategy - after the first session condensation, it stopped creating new checkpoints.

The core issue is that after the first session condensation on Feb 10 at 10:47 PM, checkpoint creation stopped entirely while
  session tracking (hooks, phase transitions) continued normally.

Just ran an entire reset to fix it's all good now not sure what happened
