Is it possible to store data separately from git repo?

Let's say I maintain a personal project GH, with public access. I don't necessarily want all my conversations and such exposed publicly. How can I handle storing these in a private area for myself?

I wonder if the entire branch can be kept on a private fork of the repo to support this.

Or simpler, the committer encrypts the conversation data with their private key.

This would disable PR reviewers from the benefits of seeing how the code was written though. Maybe also support keys on a org level?

Technically it can be done but I am not sure whether this aligns with entire's vision?
