ERROR: dependency ‘howmany’ is not available for package ‘clusterExperiment’

Hi,

I recently tried to install clusterExperiment via Bioconductor, and got the following error:

Warning: dependency ‘howmany’ is not available
trying URL 'https://bioconductor.org/packages/3.18/bioc/src/contrib/clusterExperiment_2.22.0.tar.gz'

ERROR: dependency ‘howmany’ is not available for package ‘clusterExperiment’

I am using Bioconductor version 3.18 (BiocManager 1.30.22), R 4.3.3.

It seems that howmany was removed from CRAN a few weeks ago).

I noticed that this was fixed in commit ff4b21f, so installing from GitHub using devtools worked correctly. I just wanted to report it here in case other users run into the same issue before the new Bioconductor release.
