debugger; statement does not work if chromium dev tools are not loaded in the browser

I have to start with --debug-brk to be able to actually debug my code.
This is a slowdown as I have to go and click F8 in Chrome for my code to execute and break where I want to.

What about an option to start debugger with one "continue" message on connect?
This will actuall work perfectly for me. It will exectue the whole code and only hit 'debugger;' statements.
