Set up bundling toolset

Investigate https://github.com/zeit/pkg as a bundling option. 

*Acceptance Criteria*:
* Set up build process to create an executable for windows, mac, and Linux with the local build system
* Have continuous integration build release versions for each platform.
* Automate the release publishing to Github
