Site title/description meta data

Should add meta data information as basic SEO for websites.
This issue is linked with esalling23/squeezer-server#7

• page title
• description

For each, we'll need:

• new form section front end w/ text fields
• backend fields on site - maybe a new Meta model to hold any future tags as well (support facebook, twitter, other data)
• pass data to templates & display in head
