Cant Edit Hyperlinks

Hi,
Thank you for Etherpad and the Plugin, i loved it to see the Markdown switch there.
Using it on https://semestriel.framapad.org/

Hyperlinks are inserted correctly BUT
I cannot edit them the Markdown-Way:

I Would like to edit the linkname like:
CUSTOM LINKNAME
using
[CUSTOM LINKNAME](https://semestriel.framapad.org/)

But I always end up with
[https://semestriel.framapad.org/](https://semestriel.framapad.org/)

Trying to delete the text inside[] will delete the whole link
even pasting the code from another editor wont work, it will be replaced.
