About downloading Slakh dataset

Slakh dataset looks attractive for me and I attend to download the dataset.
The Slakh2100/Flakh2100 Download Form says that the full download for Slakh2100 is 97 GB, but it actually exceeded 97GB when I try to Download it.
Please tell me how can I download the Slakh dataset correctly.
