Port scenario to gossipsub interop tester #7
Description
I would like to have the attestation simulation be a scenario in the gossipsub interop tester. Once we have the scenario written, it can run on other gossipsub implementations. It also lets us focus our energy on fewer and better things. As far as I can tell, this is a subset of the interop tester, but if there's something missing from the interop tester that this can do I'd like to know about it and improve the interop tester.
