Add CSS helpers for spacing, sizing primitives #115
Description
Right now sizes and spaces are ad-hoc, they can be predefined and applied automatically like we do on the main Every.org app; probably not worth investing in until #77 is done but would like to do that.
- standard font sizes
- standard spacing amounts
- standard colors
- helpers to define common layout primitives used here like horizontal stack, vertical stack
