Step by step guide to setup for a novice

Hi

I am trying to learn how to containerize .NET applications using Docker. I have come across you solution, which looks awesome, as it address what I am trying to learn, especially how to architect an application. However, as I am a novice, I have struggled to get your application working. Please could you provide a step by step guide?

I have Visual Studio 2022 installed, and Docker Desktop. I am new to Mongo DB, I am unsure how to set that up.
