Getting started instructions not working.

I'm new to Factor and to the track, but wanted to give it a go. I can't get the getting started instructions to work with hello-world. Based on #47 it seems the testing library needs to be updated for new Exercism. I am more than happy to help with that but as someone brand new to Factor probably will need a few pointers.

I haven't had the time in the day to maintain this track for a long time, but hopefully I'll be able to do it again soon. I want to get the exercism vocabulary working properly for users before finishing writing the unit test auto-generator, and I hope to do it soon.

And yes, I think exercism.factor hasn't even been updated since Exercism 2.0.

Modified vocabulary names enough to run with vanilla unit-test. Found out the hard way that Factor doesn't like its internal hello-world being shadowed. This doesn't play nice with exercism.factor, but is the library needed for users if they install their code into exercism.exercise-name? In any case I'm starting to feel comfy enough with Factor to read that lib, so I'll see if I can cook up any patches.
