Unnamed internal library check

Find a way to test [unnamed internal library](https://github.com/ffaf1/cabal/blob/master/Cabal/src/Distribution/PackageDescription/Check.hs#L203) check.

If it has no name is is not internal? And if there are multiple unnamed ones it is a different error?
