Create resource manager handler for S2 v0.4 by removing Handshake & HandshakeResponse #145

In preparation for integrating https://github.com/flexiblepower/s2-ws-json/blob/main/s2-pairing/s2-pairing-openapi-spec.yml
We should keep all S2 versions in this library active. For instance by versioning all the internal resources e.g. the generated messages, S2Parser, S2Connection, ResourceManagerHandler etc. Or with another way to keep code duplication down. We should allow all S2 versions to be handled by this library in the same library version to allow a CEM/RM to have multiple versions of S2 ready.
@jorritn Can you confirm:
- v0.4 is the right S2 version to use for this?
- Changes to https://github.com/flexiblepower/s2-ws-json/tree/main/s2-json-schema and other formats have not been pushed yet to s2-ws-json? This would tell us how to change each of the messages in the right version.
