Add known contributors to ontology metadata.

Currently the only person mentioned in the ontology metadata is Chris Woodcock from the Cell Image Library.

Several other people have contributed to that ontology over the years, in at least three different contexts:

1. the contributors to the original FlyBase version;
2. the contributors to the CRBS version (beyond Chris Woodcock);
3. the contributors to the Imaging Semantics version.

We should add dcterms:contributor annotations for all known contributors (ideally as ORCID, though I suspect some of the oldest contributors may not have one).

Whether via this issue or another, I could also see expanding the consumers to include minimally the FoundingGIDE group.
