Nested logit model in paneld data

Hello,
Many thanks for your great package. May I ask whether nestedLogit() could be used with panel data? I'd like to estimate a nested logit model that includes two way fixed effects and using panel data ?

If you're fitting a fixed-effects model then I don't see why you couldn't use nestedLogit(). As a general matter, if it makes sense to fit a model with nnet::multinom() then one could use nestedLogit(), assuming of course that nested dichotomies are a reasonable approach to the response categories.
