Suggest Presets

Post your preset name with a list of sound IDs in a quote.

Also explain what causes the sounds so we know the context.

Please be aware that if you're muting multiple sounds then the presets names should have some form of scope. E.g. `Mount: Mountname` instead of `Annoying mounts`

EDIT: Please submit presets as pull requests whenever possible, they will most likely be merged.
