Country shapefiles / polygons not available #2
Description
To perform 'pointOnLand' calculations, we need some sort of shapefile / polygon
to check if VMS pings are on land or at sea. No accurate shoreline data is
available at this point for the whole EU to do these calculations
Steps to take
1- Submit North Sea shapefiles / polygons
2- Add more EU country shapefiles / polygons
3- Add world country shapefiles / polygons
