When pairings are entered, it is not intuitive how to advance

When you enter all results for a round in the tournament, it is not intuitive to have the advance button in the header menu.

Also, it should not be available from all tabs. It should not be shown when adding a player for instance.

To my eye, it belongs in the lower third, only accessible when all results are in.

I have just committed the changes to the new-logic branch that should implement this. As well as that, I did some general code cleanup along with refactoring the tabs into now separate views, each organized into their own folder containing related components. The Tournament tab is now renamed to the Rounds tab just to be a bit more on point with the name. Let me know if this works or if there are any changes you think I should make. If you think it's good, I plan to merge new logic into development. f573907
