Resting ball is shaking #6

Thanks for your books!
I am trying to implement the first one from scratch in JavaScript, and on page 40, in the Elasticity chapter, you say that the bouncing ball eventually comes to rest.
When I try it, the ball bounces less and less high, but is never fully resting, it continues to bounce more or less imperceptibly at the surface of the ground.
Is that normal? Is there a way to limit or stop this shaking?
