• UE4SS 3.00

• UE4SS Signatures

• Lua/.ini Editor (Recommended Notepad++ or Sublime Text)

• Download Mods From Nexusmods or CurseForge

Important

• Carefully check to see if the mod developer states Client or Host Only.
• This can Cause issues of certain Tasks being ran multiple times in quick succession and cause the server to crash or become corrupted.
• The 2 Examples Below are Client Side Only.

Steps:

Step 1- Shutdown Server
If it is not a Fresh Save and you are afraid to lose any Data... BACKUP THE CURRENT SAVE!!!!

Step 2- Download UE4SS 3.00

Step 3- Download UE4SS Signatures

Step 4- Connect to GSA Server via FTP or manually if DediConnect

Step 5- Extract the files from UE4SS 3.00 (Not the folder) to the Path Below:
GameserverApp/containers/(your server ID)/serverfiles/Pal/Binaries/Win64

• Mods (folder)
• dwmapi.dll
• UE4SS .ddl
• UE4SS-settings.ini

Step 6- Extract the Folder from UE4SS Signatures to the path below:
GameserverApp/containers/(your server ID)/serverfiles/Pal/Binaries/Win64

• UE4SS_Signatures (folder)

Step 7- Navigate to
GameserverApp/containers/(your server ID)/serverfiles/Pal/Content/Paks
And create 2 folders

• ~mods
• LogicMods

Step 8- Find the Mods you want to install on your Dedi Server and download them.

Step 9- Read the mod Description Carefully, it will have you Install your mod in one of the folders below

• GameserverApp/containers/(your server ID)/serverfiles/Pal/Content/Paks/~mods
• GameserverApp/containers/(your server ID)/serverfiles/Pal/Content/Paks/LogicMods
• GameserverApp/containers/(your server ID)/serverfiles/Pal/Binaries/Win64/Mods

Step 10- Restart The Server

Notes:

Important

Make Sure Both Client(s) and Host (GSA Server) have mods installed.

Note

Some Mods Only work on fresh Saves or Fresh Characters, Read Description to see if mod works on Existing Saves.

If the mods require "BPModLoaderMod", the mod will go Here:
Palworld\Pal\Content\Paks\LogicMods

Otherwise any of these locations will work:

• Palworld\Pal\Content\Paks\
• Palworld\Pal\Content\Paks\mods
• Palworld\Pal\Content\Paks\~mods
