The single integration with deepl is not as effective as many llms for translation, add support for openai and compatible (Litellm) alternatives as the translation engine.

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.
Add an option to use san llm for the translation. They're far more accurate than the current single provider.

A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.
The only other option I can think of is fork it and add the functionality, yet this could make for a much more accurate tool if integrated as an option for your tool.
