PokéNav not updating with newly caught Pokémon after moving world from server to LAN

Hi 👋
I moved my Cobblemon world from a dedicated server to LAN (same save).
Everything works fine  PokéNav progress is still there 
But now:
Newly caught Pokémon are NOT getting registered in PokéNav
Old entries still show correctly, but new Pokémon don’t appear.
So PokéNav is not resetting it just stopped updating.
