Date field is too short

Description of the bug

If you enter a publication date with time, the input box is a few characters short of displaying the full date+time, like this:

Steps to reproduce

1. Type date and time in publication date field
2. The input width is too short

Expected behaviour

Expect to see the full date. Change css of max-inline-size to 24ch seems to fix the issue like this:
