Not available in Self Hosted environments #31

This integration appears to be available in the Cloud version but not the Self Hosted (version 24.7.1) even though the two are supposed to functionally the same.
As you likely know, Sentry provides error-tracking and monitoring for virtually every language and framework. What you may not know is that Sentry has both an open-source and a hosted cloud solution that are functionally the same.

It is unclear if this repo is even maintained in either case since there is an unanswered issue from last year and essentially no code updates in almost two years.
Steps to Reproduce
Go to Settings > Integrations and try to add the Github Deployment Gates integration.
Expected Result
Github Deployment Gates is available to install.
Actual Result
Github Deployment Gates is not available to install.
