GPU not detected, running Mac late 2016 (10.12.1), with GTX 1080 Ti in Akitio Node #64
Description
Apologies if this is a duplicate, but after reading through the other issues I still haven't solved this problem.
I've run through https://9to5mac.com/2017/04/19/akitio-node-gtx-1080-ti-gpu-macbook-pro-gaming-egpu/, and then tried the steps in #57 (
Shut Down Mac
Unplug EGPU
Boot Up Mac without EGPU and Login and Shut Down
Plug In EGPU And Boot up with the power button
) with no luck. Under system report, it seems the 1080 isn't detected.
I've gotten no error messages or anything while running the script, and the Akitio Node itself is detected under 'Thunderbolt'.
Any suggestions/processes i should be using? Thanks in advance
