Clicking on Tutorial on the homepage is a no-op

• Click Tutorial in the top nav
• See that it simply redirects to https://gocql.github.io/#, doing nothing at all

Is there a permalink for the tutorial? If so, should update that nav bar button to link to it instead of /#

Looks like this repo hasn't been updated in a few years. Has this always been an issue @tux21b @danielchatfield ?

I've never updated the website, I wonder if it is worth keeping up any longer as it is now quite out of date and I don't have any intention of maintaining it.

@Zariel not sure if worth keeping, I'm always using README for the basically same info. I vote to clear it out unless there's stuff linking to it that others use heavily.
