"Login Error" #101
Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Can't login with default username and password (i.e.) admin and admin
respectively.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'm expecting my admin dashboard. But it's not showing up.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Actually I have tried in Windows, Ubuntu14.04 and MacOSX. Login is not worked
any of these Operating system.
Please provide any additional information below.
See the screenshot of login page. When I enter the username and password as
admin, admin. It reloads and still on login page. Please let me know the
solution ASAP.
