Redesign the Reserve feature #89

Describe the feature being requested:
Currently the Reserve transaction in Tracmor simply puts an asset in a
"reserved" state, preventing any transactions until being unreserved. The
Reserve feature should be redesigned to serve as a scheduler for check outs.
