Decontext dataset links return 403

The links to the datasets for the decontext project are no longer accessible:

i.e. when trying to enter any of these links:

• train.jsonl: 11290 labeled training examples,
• dev.jsonl: 1945 labeled development examples,
• test.jsonl: 1945 labeled test examples.

I get a 403 forbidden error.

If these datasets are supposed to be public, would greatly appreciate if you could open up access again.
