L2CAP data transferring limitation

OBEX, AVDTP or other protocol through L2CAP doesn’t work if the packet size is bigger than 494 octet length. After this, the receiver side controller does not respond unless reattaching Rootcanal controller.

-Host allowable fragment size is 1023 from HCI_Read_buffer_size
-Controller’s maximum ACL Data buffer is 1023 * 10.

After 1st run failed, rootcanal doesn't respond unless reconnect it.
