live api client does not support socket proxy

I want to access LiveApi through a SOCKS or HTTP proxy service, but currently there's no way to configure a proxy. The proxy configured via ProxyOptions under the existing ClientOptions isn't being used by the WebSocket connection.

I tried modifying the source code from version 1.35.0, and after the modification, the proxy configuration issue was resolved.
