Update conference history retention policy to RETENTION_FOREVER re/po #37
Description
Update the conference history retention configuration to ensure data is retained indefinitely according to the setting:
Retention
RETENTION_FOREVER
Acceptance Criteria:
- Modify the relevant configuration or CSV file so that conference history retention is set to RETENTION_FOREVER for all applicable cases in goruck/all.
- Provide or update tests to validate that data is never deleted based on this policy.
- Confirm changes on staging to verify the retention policy is enforced.
